Pumpkin Seeds From Around the World (Spice Blend Recipes)
While you’re carving your pumpkins this year, try out these spiced pumpkin seed recipes from around the world! We’ve created spice blends from China, Mexico, and India to make deliciously spiced pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients
1 large pumpkin
Spice blends (See below for detail)
China: 5-Spice Sesame
1 tsp salt
1 tsp 5 spice
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sesame seeds
Mexico: Chili Lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp fresh lime zest
India: Cardamom Ginger
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove pumpkin seeds from pumpkin and rinse seeds well with a strainer.
2. Mix the individual spice blends in small bowls or ramekins.
3. Pat the pumpkin seeds dry with a clean towel. Add pumpkin seeds to the spice blend bowls and mix well.
4. Spread out spiced pumpkin seeds evenly on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes, or until seeds turn golden brown.
